Course program
The course will cover the following main topics:
Introduction to surgical semeiotics: principles and methodology.
Surgical history: data collection and patient communication.
General and systematic physical examination: techniques and interpretation.
Semeiotics of the gastrointestinal system: signs and symptoms of abdominal pathologies.
Use of diagnostic tools: ultrasound, radiography, CT, MRI.
Discussion of clinical cases: diagnostic approach and therapeutic decisions.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
Skills in general objective examination techniques.
Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data.
