Course objectives
General skills The course of microbial biotechnology for nutrition and the environment aims to provide students with the tools necessary for understanding the role played by microorganisms in various fields of study and application of biotechnology in the environmental field and for the production and / or transformation of foods. The course provides an understanding of the main phenomena occurring in the world of microorganisms in the interaction with the environment and with humans.
