The study plan is the list of exams and other learning activities you intend to take, and is essential for viewing and booking elective or free-choice courses on Infostud.
It must be submitted online, through the "Educational Paths" interface on INFOSTUD, within specific date ranges:

Dates pending publication

After logging in, you must click on the appropriate section and complete the study plan online following the guided procedure.

Please note: The study plan can only be submitted once per academic year. Therefore, please carefully consider which exams to choose before submitting your study plan. If it does not comply, it will be rejected and must be modified.
DO NOT USE THE INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PATH, ONLY THE DEFAULT ONE.

  • Elective courses can be selected from all the University's degree programs (using the Advanced Search function). (Do not include courses from undergraduate programs)
  • If you include exams from other departments and faculties, make sure you have identified the correct course and program code for the current year; otherwise, you will not be able to view the exam dates correctly. Also note that prerequisites may be required. In the event of incorrect recordings or missing exam dates, the DBA academic office cannot intervene, and you will need to contact the academic offices of the degree programs offering the course.
  • For attendance purposes, always check the semester in which the course is offered on the Degree Program pages of the Study Catalog (for the relevant academic year).
  • For those interested in the 24 credits, we recommend acquiring credits from courses more relevant to the Ecobiology degree program (e.g., General Psychology code 1023709-LM-80) as extracurriculars.
  • After completing the form, the system will indicate whether the training program is correct. If not, you can use the "ABC" function (top left) and the system will indicate any inconsistencies it has found.
  • When the program is correct, you can click "Save as draft" or, if you are sure of your choices, you can submit it for validation.
  • Attention! The completed training program must be saved and submitted to the platform.

After submission, you must wait for approval to register for exam sessions for the optional and/or elective courses indicated. However, it takes 24/48 hours after approval for the IT platforms to align and allow the exam dates of the inserted courses to be displayed on Infostud.
