Course program
knowledge and understanding of structural configurations, relationships with the context, the question of power and control, cultural aspects and sense-making, decision-making processes, change and evolution of the "bureaucratic issue" in the light of the theoretical and methodological contributions of classical and contemporary authors; knowledge of the impact of certain processes of change taking place in public administrations and contemporary organisations with references to transformations, the crises of modernity and new social processes linked to innovation and sustainability.
The ability to apply knowledge and understanding by acquiring skills to interpret, plan and manage the functioning mechanisms of organisations and administrations, analysing their structural aspects, individual, cultural and functional, in their mutual interconnections.
The ability to exercise critical thinking and to communicate what has been learned with particular reference to the possibility of contextualizing those abilities with reference to their personal and possibly professional experience.
The ability to be self-contained in the study, through the illustration and transmission of a working method based on the cultivation of intellectual curiosity and systematic study.
