LABOR LAW
Course objectives
Knowledge and understanding: Students will be able to: ° know the sources governing employment relations and trade union relations; ° be familiar with the sources governing the relations of the social security system; ° solve practical cases of basic complexity. Students greatly appreciate the online learning approach Applying knowledge and understanding: Students will be able to: ° apply the rules to specific cases; ° predict the risk of litigation, using basic skills. Making judgement: students will develop, also thanks to the didactic tools offered during the course, an autonomous critical capacity in the juridical qualification of the various situations, with examples taken from the jurisprudence. Communication skills: students will develop, also thanks to the drafting of a report (optional), the ability to present a topic within a general framework, using computer media (it is recommended to write slides in PowerPoint, using "presentation to the public"). Ability to learn: students will be able to quickly learn the elements useful for the immediate assessment of the various legal situations submitted to their attention.
