Prerequisites
No specific skills are required but basic mathematical and statistical knowledge as provided by the previous subjects is advisable.
Books
TEACHING MATERIALS available on the course page hosted on:
elearning.uniroma1.it
Teaching mode
The examination consists of an oral interview aimed at assessing the ability to analyse and revise the concepts acquired.
of the concepts acquired. The examination is graded from 0 to 30 and is conducted in oral form subject to prior booking by the student.
The expected learning outcomes in terms of knowledge of the subject and the ability to apply it are assessed during the examination, together with communication skills, the ability to draw conclusions and the capacity for self-learning.
Frequency
Students are free to attend or prepare on the material made available on the course web page hosted by elearning.uniroma1.it.
The programme and examination procedures are the same for both students and non-attending students.
Exam mode
Generally, three questions are asked on three different topics, each of which has the same value, so 10 points towards the final result. However, the student must demonstrate at least a basic knowledge of all three topics otherwise the examination is failed.
