Educational objectives The course aims to provide knowledge and understanding of the methodological, critical and applicable aspects of the anthropological disciplines; it proposes geographical areas and sectorial perspectives in wich anthropological projects are activated; it shows the variability of anthropological fields of interest; it enables the student to master the anthropological topics in order to use them and apply them in other fields of study while using the correct specific language. With the acquired knowledge the student will be able to develop autonomous ability of connections with other disciplines in the various historical epochs and cultural contexts.

Educational objectives A) Students will know the scientific literature on the topics dealt with and will be able to comment on it critically;
B) they will be able to formulate linguistic hypotheses on the basis of the acquired analytical concepts and tools;

The course presents the central topics of sociolinguistic, italian linguistic framework and education in italian language.
Specific skills
Knowledge and understanding
The student will have to demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of the concepts foreseen by the course, with attention to the relative educational applications, according to scientific literature and ministerial documents; the student will know the scientific literature on the topics covered and will be able to comment on it critically.
Applying knowledge and understanding
The student will be able to describe the Italian contemporary language and its variability, to formulate hypotheses in the context of Italian-Romance sociolinguistic and language teaching on the basis of the concepts and analytical tools acquired, to recognize and to plan educational activities.
Making judgements
The student will be able to move freely and independently between problems and topics related to sociolinguistics, linguistic education, and will be able to reason on the teaching activities.
Communication skills
The student must know how to communicate with specialists in sociolinguistic and glottodidactic studies and non-specialists the concepts of the discipline with clarity, propriety of language and using the technical terminology of the discipline.
Learning skills
The student will have to know how to use and find the tools to deepen and update (constantly and autonomously) the knowledge in the disciplinary area, according to his own scientific interests and to the real educational needs.

Educational objectives Starting from a description of the geographic heritage both at a local (Gabinetto di geografia della Sapienza, 1877) and national scale, research practices, cataloging, conservation of geo-cartographic assets will be discussed and experimented in order to enhance geographical knowledge's organization and education

Educational objectives Students who complete the course should:
- have acquired basic notions of general psychology, experimental psychology and cognitive
neuroscience, with emphasis on sensation and perception;
- be able to describe the main mental, behavioral, neurobiological and physiological processes which
occur in humans during learning, performing and listening to music;
- know the main lines of research, research questions and research gaps still in music performance,
learning, and listening from a behavioral and cognitive perspective;
- know the most recent research in the psychology of music.
