Program - Frequency - Exams

Course program
Two multidisciplinary practical sessions in the field, which cover geology, botany and zoology field session 1 - Lago di Albano Synantropic species, Specie sinantropiche, waterfowl, native and invasive species, apex predators field session 2 - Orbetello e Argentario Natura2000, birds congregation and internation standards for biodiversity conservation
Prerequisites
Systematic Zoology course, Natural Sciences
Books
Bibliographic material about the local fauna will be distributed for the areas where the field trips take place. Relevant bibliographic material will be made available to the students via a Google Drive folder before each field session.
Teaching mode
One field tro to Orbetello lagoon and Argentario mountain. One field trip to Colli Albani (Albano lake)
Frequency
Attendance is mandatory in order to acquire the ECTs
Exam mode
Students' preparation will be evaluated during the field session via direct student-teacher interaction.
Lesson mode
One field trip to Grotte di Pastena. One field trip to Colli Albani (Albano lake).
